Fair price? 1985 c900...non-running
I'm going to look at it this evening, and I'll see what it looks like. It hasn't run in 5 years, I'm not holding my breath for a "gem" but does $100 sound fair if it has a lot of good parts? I guess I'll need to investigate, but I don't know what c900Ts in non-running shape go for these days...I'm guessing no more than $150 tops.
We'll see ![]()

Now, now. This evening I overtook a Volvo 240 Turbo from 1981 in absolute mint condition! The driver was 60+ and probably the original owner. That would be a wonderful car to own.
Another great fins would be a 264GLE from 81 (last year) with all extras. The ultimate limo of the time. Only beaten by the unusual SAAB 900CD... ![]()

well...the 85 3 door was a total rat - NOT worth $100. But the guy had a 4 door 8v NA 4door too that is totally rust free with a clean interior! I may be talking to him again in the near future

Well....the body is clean and it would be an easy swap to put a 16vT in it down the road. I mainly want it for those winter days where the aero shouldn't see the road, and we need a stick that Jen can drive (I'm a bit picky with my aero and won't let her drive it...
![]() Anyway, I might offer $200 for the 1985 8v 4dr, it has 4 brand new snow tires on it and there is not a damn bit of rust!

Hey, show some love for the N/A 8 valves! Sure the trannys are built like a house of cards, but they're usually babied. Awesome for engine swaps once the old (faithful) bastard under the hood dies. Thats the plans for mine anyways. Only about 200,000 more miles to go I'm thinking.
