That sonnet looks like that jeep->sonnet conversion that was posted here (or maybe SC can't remember) a while back. Minus the hillbilly spraypaint job.

Looks like someone put in a solid effort, but the taste was lacking IMO...

yeah that was kinda neat, but do ya remember the #'s it put down on the dyno? iirc there were quite a few c900s there with more power...i just dont see the point in that. the owner seemed like kind of a meathead too

i dont rember those small block cars going on the dyno. i thought the 99 was the best looking cuz it wasn't as chopped up as the other two were. from the outside it looked pretty normal.

Yeah but paul, your not doing it for the engine, your doing it for the gearbox and RWD. It would be neat to just use a hydramatic tranny and turn the 16 valve around i think. Could you imagine? A tranny/differential built for a fucking ton of hp?

That is horrible when that happens. What is it 400 or so total? A guy out here put a v4 in one and... modified... the hood. Fucker. Then he sandblasted the saab logo on the back window, which is about 1/4 as rare as the hood, but still!

what a dumbass... I hate stupid people... seriously.

These cars are like a needle in a haystack, and people are wasting them. If your 2 stroke motor blows, don't do a V4 swap... look for another 2 stroke or sell the thing to someone who will actually fix it and care for it...

I would kill for a RWD C900 that could take some decent power, and not fly apart.

There, I said it..
