2002 9-5 auto to 5 speed swap

So I may have an opportunity to pick up everything I need for a 5 speed swap for my 2002 wagon in a budget I can afford if all the stars align. This involves a 9 hour one way drive after which my parts supply goes to scrap and I don't know when another 5 speed 95 will pop up again. The parts car is a 1999.

I am not asking for advice for or against the idea, I am asking for help of a complete parts list. (I have the experience and the skills to tackle this job just not the knowledge) I know there was a decent thread about it before that I've read over about 5 times but now I can't seem to find it..

I know I need a
-transmission
-clutch pedal
-manual ecu (until I get my combi-adapter)
-shifter
-shifter linkage
-center console surround for shifter
-clutch
-clutch cable/line
-pressure plate
-slave

Things I'm unsure of
-axles
-clutch master cylinder
-fluid resivor
-brake master
-brake pedal
-cruise control
-Ignition (reverse lockout)
-Trans Mounts (top and bottom different, mounting points different?)
-starter
-speedo cable
-flywheel
-speed sensor
-wiring
-18 other things I am forgetting

If you have done this or ar familiar with 9-5's PLEASE let me know! I have less than a week to make this decision and poach everything I need to do this swap so as I said if you can HELP please let me know!

Thanks!
Alex

Clutch lines are different pre 2001 and post 2001 which worries me as well.

What part of VA are you in and how much are you willing to spend? PM me, may have a parts car freeing up.
