rear fog lights

are both rear fog lights on a 2003 95 . lighted or just left?

If these are anything like the ng900 usually only the drivers side gets the bulb, but alot of people/places install both sides.

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't do something crazy like installing a pair of 50W bulbs.

It should only be on the driver's side, that way people can tell they are not brake lamps.

For left-hand drive cars the bulb should only be on the left, for right-hand drive they go on the right, that's why there are two sockets wired into that circuit.

My NG 900 came with only one fog lamp, but I've installed the other on the theory that two lamps provides better distance information to a following vehicle. To me, one lamp looks like a malfunctioning brake light.

and that's what it looks like to anyone that isn't "In the know" however the issue you run into with both on is that you will get pulled over by cops telling you that either both brake lights are malfunctioning or that you need to fix the rear fogs as have two isn't legal in most states.
