Turbo Flange Bolt Size and Exhaust Bolt Size for Year 2000 9-5 Aero?

1) What is the correct bolt size for the turbo to downpipe along with the rest of the exhaust on the car?

2) When bolting up the turbo and the existing 3" GS downpipe, do I need to use nuts or is the downpipe supposed to only require the bolts to hold itself onto the turbo? I ask this because the bolts continue to come loose or even off in some cases.

3) Do I need heat resistant type bolts (brown colored type or stainless steel type) or will regular silver type bolts you find at a hardware store work? And where do I look for this type of bolt?

The turbo looks like the one in the picture that does not have any studs like most of the turbos I have been used to working with in the past (i.e. three studs off the turbo that use only nuts to tighten the downpipe to it).

Thanks for the help as my exhaust sounds louder than it should and it seems that air is or has to be escaping from my only two bolts on the downpipe job that currently resides for the time being. Not the past owner of this car so not my job...just want to correct the job done properly and correctly with the right bolts.

The three downpipe studs should be M8x1.25, probably need to go to an auto parts store to find those. Studs are removable....buy three new ones, thread them in, put pipe on, thread on nuts.

And the nuts are copper lock nuts so they don't come off and because the nylon would melt on a standard nylock nut.

Thanks guys. So I need regular bolts that will thread through or is there anything in specific you can show a photo of that I should get? Nuts definitely need to be copper types or the silver types will not hold well under pressure/heat?
