Last week I crashed into a curb while having fun in snow and broke the following on the driver side (left).
Tie Rod Inner
Tie Rod Outer
Wheel Hub Assembly.
Replaced the Rim, joint and tie rods. Went to a shop to get the car realigned and they were the ones why found that the hub was down for the count and they replaced it.
So when I hit the curb, my axle driver side CV shaft popped out of the transmission also but it did not look like it was bent or damaged. Ever since getting my car back, there has been this whirling noise coming from the driver side of the car.
Would it be possible that a gear inside the transmission has been bent or warped or would it be more feasible that oil leaked out of the transmission and I am hearing gears wearing into each other because of low transmission oil?

I'd say it's pretty likely that you damaged the axle internally in the CV joint or the inner joint. Either joint on the axle could have taken a beating if it got hit and then ripped out of the transmission. I'd say that's more likely than the transmission itself. I'd try a different one, or swap axles from driver to passenger side to see if the noise changes sides.
It's possible you could have damaged the differential bearing, but i'd start simple before you look into that. Definitely check the trans fluid level or look for leaks just to rule that out.
