Trailer hitch wiring harness.

Hello! '04 9-5 Aero wagon.

For those of you who have installed a trailer hitch on your 9-5: what wiring harness did you go with? I'll be installing a hitch this weekend.

Looking for something plug and play that I don't have to wire up / cut / splice etc, etc... The eEuroparts harness is out of stock sadly..

Thanks in advance.

You might be able to order the OEM one by taking the part number to a GM dealer. RockAuto might also have it, I'd search around with the part number and see if another vendor pops up.

One thing you should check though, is to see if your 9-5 actually has the factory connector for the harness in the trunk. I had a customer's '04 Aero Wagon that for some reason was not equipped with the factory plug, and I had to splice into the lighting harness anyway. We looked everywhere and it simply did not exist. I think it's a small-ish round black connector with about 7 contacts in it, and should be in the trunk on the right side somewhere.
