Is there an aftermarket airflow meter?

So.... we've discovered a low-cost ignition cassette.
Is there a trick to getting a less-expensive OE MAF?
Not that $99 is super-expensive, but add it to $200 for tires, $150 for a DIC, and $100 for a crank sensor, etc, etc, it adds up!

Is there a secret to getting an actual GM MAF for cheap?

eeuro has 'em cheap-enough, but who wouldn't want to save a few $$?

Well, they are the same as the gm maf, but with a different connector. I suppose that creating an adapter harness would get us cheap used gm mafs. What do they even cost new?

I don't know the part number but on eBay there's gm maf sensors for around 25 bucks. For 1/4 the price or less it would be worth it to spend a bit of time to make it work.

People have been running the rebuilt ones from NAPA without issues. I feel like every mid 2000-2006 GM vehicle has this MAF with a slightly different connector.
