Weather band radio not working in my area

My son just bought a 2005 Saab 95 wagon and the weather band worked in the City we bought it in, but after getting it home, we can't get the station.I just found out that the weather band frequency MHZ for my area is 162.475.
The Toronto Ontario weather band frequency is 162.400, so the question is, how do you change this frequency? I really like the weather band and miss it in my 08 95 aero. Im sure that when dealers would get these cars in, that band would need to be set before selling it.

When you press the WB button, I think it does perform a scan of presets, and then chooses the strongest signal out of that list of presets. Was this 9-5 a US-Market car? If I have time today I can try to plug my TechII into my '03 9-5 and see if there's a setting or frequency list somewhere. The manual may have something to say about too.

Drew, that would be fantastic if you could do that. I wondered about the tech II option. I checked the manual when looking at this and all it said is what it does, no way of setting it was mentioned.

Thanks!
