Will be there in the 85 again! Looking forward to it.

Not sure yet if I'll be joining the convoy or not... I know I won't drive through downtown Boston.

Wimp.

But if you're coming down 93, you shouldn't need to go through downtown at all. Take Storrow Drive west to the Riverway --> Jamaicaway ---> Pond St.

At that time of morning, the J-way is a lovely drive...

I've always come down rt 3 to 95 south, then shot over 9 east. It easily bypasses the city and only adds about 5 miles to the drive.

I've made the mistake way too many times thinking that, "oh, it's X hour, there won't be any traffic in Boston" It never works out that way.

I'm going to be there hopefully in my 9-5. I need the new rear brakes to come in, and I need to de-swirl the paint.

I'm in Ireland and will miss it this year, boys are disappointed...

I renting a Volkswagon Passat turbo diesel wagon over here, six speed manual, lots of torque, fun car to drive. Still getting used to driving on the left hand side and shifting with my left hand...

Seeing some Saabs over here, mostly diesels as well. Saw a lime green convertible today.

Getting pumped. Trying to install new wheel bearings before then, and new front tires so I'm not rocking a mis-matched set anymore. Not totally sure what time I'll be able to roll out Sunday morning, what with the birthday kegger the night before...

Sounds like we have a caravan in the works LEAVING from Market Basket in Hooksett, NH (same place as last year) PROMPTLY at 8am. If you want to hang out and pop hoods before the drive, get there early. The plan is to take Rt3 down to 95S than cross over Rt9 bypassing Boston.

We may end up with multiple groups taking multiple routes down, but myself and a least a few others will be going down Rt3.

I will not be there. weddings and whatnot prevent my trip to MA this year. I will be in MA during Sept, if anyone's interested in getting together.
