Recommended Headlight Upgrade?

Hi everyone,

Anyone have a product recommendation to upgrade the headlights on my 1998 NG900? I want to put some serious light on the road - cruising some dark, foresty spots...

Thanks!

Philips Xtreme Vision bulbs are also very good. I've had those and the Osram Nightbreakers, and there's very little difference between them. Right now I have a GE Nighthawk Platinum bulb in one side and an Xtreme Vision bulb in the other since the Nighthawks were dirt cheap on Amazon a while back and one of my Philips bulbs just burned out. I'm impressed with how bright the Nighthawks are.

Thanks! Do you happen to remember the specific model numbers that worked in the Saab (or will they all work)? Amazon has these deals:

GE H7-55NHP/BP2 Nighthawk PLATINUM Headlight Bulbs, Pack of 2 by GE (Jan 10, 2010)
$39.99

GE H7-55NH/BP2 Nighthawk Automotive Replacement Bulbs, Pack of 2 by GE (Jan 1, 2006)
$19.84

Amazon also had these deals:

OSRAM - Night Breaker Plus H1 (Pair) by Osram $39.99

OSRAM - Night Breaker Plus H7 (Pair) by Osram $39.99

What do we think... prices are about the same but I'm not sure which to buy and which will actually work on my 1998 Saab 900S (NG).

Thanks!

My 9-3 has ecode lenses, big improvement but the best thing I ever did was hot wire some KC daylighters to my high beam switch back in the day.

It was silly bright.

H1 is the 9-3's fog light. The NG900 uses an H3.

Yeah wasn't sure. Thanks for correcting. I'll edit my post.
