I wanna see a what kind of power/time it makes!

You still have the crumple zones...if you look how the crash bar supports are made, and take a look at one of these cars that has seen front end collision, it seem like the crash bar is there more to limit damage and maybe spread the force of a concentrated impact a little. From looking at crashed version it looks to me like the protection is in the crumple zones, not the crash bar itself. Ah whatda I know though.

if you want to drive it with an unsafe bumper, so be it...fuck what anybody else cares.

hat tip; for creativity and having some balls
Thanks Snowy

I agree, It's still pretty solid. I know that it's not as solid as It would be if it was standard, but still it's solid.
If I ever have a front end smash I dont really think my little cut out is going to make a difference. The front end would be screwed in both cases.
But as Drew said, "Ah whatda I know though".

HA HA ha People worried about crash bars & whatnot. Compared to the Lotus elon from 71 i managed to do a couple spins & Flip on its side over a curb,, Or the 74 TR6 i drove up a bank to avoid being hit by a truck on the wrong side of the road. Any saab Missing Doors, hood, bumpers etc still feels 10,000 times safer. Anybody Endo'd a bike or bounced one & you off a couple cars lately? Come on guys..... Blah Blha Blah you cut the bumper, Now the car gods @ DOT are gunna come smack your PE PEE & your car is going to burst into flames.

^And I DD'd a 9000 for 8-9 thousand miles with the seats not bolted down. Doesn't make it any smarter.

You could paint up some mesh body color for the fog light holes to make them blend a little more.

Two coats of primer-putty

Three coats of colour and four coats of clear.
Wait a week for it to go off then light sand and buff next weekend.

Buffed and polished.

I didn't realize I was out the front of a church till I got home and looked at the pics. I hope "J.C" didn't mind me "bagg'in em up" on the way out .

I pretty happy with how it has turned out. I was going to paint the I.C black, but I'm not so sure now. I like shiny. .

I'd agree with leaving it shiny.... Do you notice an increase in attention as your IC is being shown off to the entire world as you drive by?

I think the bumper/intercooler looks awesome, nice job. Overall, I really dig this car, I've always had a thing for Cayenne Red.

Have you considered sourcing some SE skirts? I feel like that would really complete the look.

I have some SE skirts in the roof of my garage. That's my next job. They are currently yellow.

O.K, Due to peer pressure I re-installed my fogs.

I'm not sure if my fogs are the wrong way around or not. Can they only go in one way, Or can they be installed on the wrong sides

What do you think?

The SE skirts will really make the whole car pop! Looking great though, still want to see some dyno numbers from you.
