Aero Badging

Since the 2.3 swap I have wanted to put an Aero badge on my Saab. Thanks to Ebay I found a badge, but I am not a fan of the stock colors. It makes the badge look old and heavy. I have some Imola red paint to match my body color, so I used that and painted reflective silver paint on the top. Turned on pretty good, I like the subtlety of it.

Edit: My host keeps going down, so I've added thumbnails.

Time to pick up a 9-3 hatch and then fit it with the spoiler speeddemongtv6 is selling.
I don't think he's posted pics but it's the European Aero Spoiler:

It did not come with any sticky backing. But my machinist at work has some good double sided tape that he uses for machining small parts. I used that.

I have the top half of a Viggen spoiler, just need to get a hold of a bottom half so I can install it.

Hi Eric, I know somebody who will be making Viggen spoilers using Kevin Yankton's molds . I have the opposite problem. I have a Viggen spoiler base and no upper part.

I'm a moderator on another forum. Here's the thread

nick's selling those new rc spoilers that use the vig style base i think. The whole spoiler set up is 325 ish. maybe he'll sell the base separately seeing as he sells the top separate for only 225ish. It might work and be a cheap source-able method.
