Roof Racks???

Anyone know of a site or location to purchase Roof Racks for our cars? Namely my 05' Saab 93. I See there are tabs on all 4 corners. Im looking for the rack and carrier, mainly for my snowboards(2). Thanks if anything.

You could try REI.com for a full set up. That's where I purchased mine...

Question regarding the snowboading roof racks. I thought there was basically kits, instead of purchasing seperately. I guess what im trying to say, Would i have to purchase both items seperately or is there a way to get a complete kit?

I'd have to purchase Roof bars

Then These clamps

Totaling over $200??? I thought they ran about $100.00? lol.

Hey man, below is a pic of my setup. All SAAB roof bars are made by Thule, which is also a Swedish company. So all you need to do is buy a ski/snowboard attachment from thule, or any other company, and it fits perfectly. I got the bars for 90 bucks, a thule fairing for 35, and the 4 pair ski, 1 snowboard attachment for 10 bucks brand new cuz its an older mode. So I paid a total of under 150 bucks for a complete setup that would have cost me over 250 from Thule new. PLUS there's no foot kit, i mean you gotta use the setup saab hooked you up with with the dowel holes, its a no brainer. Oh, and it took me a total of 5 minutes to install everything.

In response, this is the way it works man. Its a universal roof rack, and then a ski attachment. Just buy the bars from patrick accessories, then hit up ebay for a thule carrier attachment. Then, in the summer, you can take off the snowboard attachment and put on a kayak attachment, bike, etc. whatever you need, its way better than some old school ghetto ski rack only thing, plus those are fossils now.

Yea right. It is a big racket, but what can you do? Certainly not a "Saab thing".
I bought these from Saab for $70.

i need to get one of the spoilers for my roofrack, cause its gunna be on all winter. My roof racks are modified 9000 roof racks, and ill probly make the spoiler for the front. Also, i made a rack for my roofrack to hold my 14 foot sunfish sailboat. there are some pics on here but im too lazy to find them

my moms new wagon doesnt have the roof rails, so i dont know how the rack mounts to her car.....
