Great Idea

So the other day I was driving on i95 in the northern part of CT, when I was tailgated to the point where I couldn't see the persons headlights. Some moron in a celica! I then had a great idea pop in my head:

What if someone was to put a message on the rear foglight in some kind of red tint, that was visible only when the rear foglight was lit.

For this circumstance perhaps a cut out of the raised middle finger would do, but any message would be cool.

Anyone wanna offer some helpful suggestions or perhaps a hand at turning this idea into a hard copy? Also does anyone even know if this has ever been done b4?

That would be awesome.

I think someone tinted "9-3" onto their brake lights but my memory is very foggy on that one. Whether or not it was visible when the lights were off I am not sure.

Or mount one of these in the rear window.

hmm. I may have seen that before. I like the idea of having it on the rear fog, b/c that way i can activate it at the push of a button!!

shouldn't really be a problem. cut out a cardboard template that fits the fog light, then trace "Dumbass Cocky Fuck" into it. Cut out the letters, and replace the light with a nice bright L.E.D unit. I might actually do this seeing as I don't often use my rear fog very often.

Why didn't you just pull into the right lane and let them pass?

Thanks to one of my friends, I have 2 designs down, and when the weather warms up this idea will become reality. Here are the two designs I have so far:

I usually just turn on my rear fog light, and they get the clue.

In my SPG I can lift up on the reverse lockout, swing the stick over to the right, and the reverse lights come on... all while cruising at speed. Scares the ever-loving shit out of 'em.

Yep! That used to be and still is my favorite thing to do.

Though my best experience was when I was driving my Viggen once on I-93N near Salem, NH. It was dark and there was crazy traffic. This little riced out prelude comes up behind me and starts getting right on my ass. Mind you, I was in the right lane... I finally get pissed off as I almost can't even see his headlights at this point going 75mph, I hit the dual rear fogs and holy shit... I almost caused an accident with them . I immediately hear tires squeal due to him locking up the brakes. I look in my rear view and his car was skidding on the road and he almost took out the car next to us.

I don't know if I ever laughed so hard in my entire life. Needless to say, he didn't come back on my ass anymore.
