Angry to many threads need a quick tip or 2

thumbing through like 900 threads on boost gauge install, my question is the firewall, i cant find a spot that isnt tighter then a 12 year old in there.

2003 9-3.

the only even remote possiblity ive found is above the clutch pedal the wiring harness that runs through, but its very tight and really tough to get at once it is through on the engine compartment side.

any thoughts or idea's or tips ?

use an old plastic pipe/housing from an old antenna or the like - thick or strong straw like tube that is large enough to feed a hose and wires through. This is how to sneak past tight bulkhead ports. Once the object is past where you need it - pull the tube through the same direction you passed the hose and wires through to remove it so it's not stuck there forever.

When I had subs installed on my car they ran the power cable through the firewall. It goes through a hole close to where my clutch would be (auto) and comes out behind the strut tower. I have a feeling they drilled it and you'll have to do the same.

no offense but really that type of reference is too disgusting/harsh/just plain wrong even for the least pc on here.

like they said if you try and keep things just a little more (i mean really we tolerate a lot so just a little) you may get more response
