Powder Coating

I would like some feedback. Im thinking about taking my wheels and valve cover in to get powder coated ( undecided on color ). I did it when I had my Integra but wanted to get some feedback from the SAAB world. If done I promise it wont look ricey or cheap.

Hey Iowa, where are you going to get the powdercoating done? How much do they charge per wheel?

Powder coating is the way to go.

I did a couple pieces under the hood of my 9k about a month ago. What a difference.

The stockers are very subtle. Which is what I wanted.

I've been lamenting the looks of these rims that came on the 9-5 stock. With that finish they remind me of the shelby minilites in a way... in anycase they just look so much better.

Do you think 200$ would cover a set of 17" wheels?

My guess is no. Part of the cost of getting stuff powdercoated usually is having it all sandblasted prior to coating.

I paid $300 total for two sets. One set of 15s and one set of 17s. This included prep and media blasting.
