So, how does Saab's CD changer connect to the radio? Is the wiring harness hidden somewhere in the trunk? If it doesn't use an FM modulator (which my local dealer said it didn't) then it's got to essentially have a direct AUX-in, right?
if you're referring to the 6cd changer in the trunk, then yes....there is a harness that goes from the trunk to a plug in the dash that fits right in with the radio
if you pull your radio out, there should be slots for 3 plugs, one of those plugs is for the 6cd in the trunk
so, is there any way to use it to connect an aux input, such as an iPod? I have no dreams of controlling the ipod from the radio, but just want to play it... has anyone done this?
