opinion on turbo grille badge on 9-5?

i thought the C900 turbo grille badge would look cool on my stock grille. i don't realy have an opinion on it after seeing it in place. do you guys think the badge looks corny on 9-5s or copacetic?

and is there an easy way to attach it? elkparts didn't supply clips to hold it in place and i don't know if glue will keep it there throughout the seasons.

i don't have a pic now, can take one tomorrow night.

your thoughts are appreciated

Hmm, on a 99-01 it could work. I assume thats what you're talking about, because on an 02+ that would be very.... odd(read: hideous).

i'm sorry for not clarifying - yes my car is MY99

this is what the grille looks like:

it would be in the upper right corner (like on C900s). there's less space b/w the chrome sections on this grille compared to the C900 grille, so i don't know if it's overkill. i'll post pics with the badge tomorrow.

thanks!

I've thought about that too...

Wire it up with palnt wire ir zip ties and get a feel for it...

Personally I like not having people know the 9-5 is a turbo, Even debadged the little t on the back ( before removing the 2.3 when rep[laced with the BSR emblem) I p[refer to confuse the cars that try to pass....

Consider an NG turbo grill badge as well.

The font is closer to the 9-5 'font' and it will attach almost stock.

the only one i found said it was for C900, 9000 and NG900. i don't know if it's the one you're referring to.

i couldn't really get any good full-on pics since there was little room b/w me and the car parked in front of me, but this is what i have:

and some shots of what i have to work with:

my car is pretty dirty and i need a manicure

i kinda like the badge. i dunno. if i go with it, i think i'll glue it in place unless anyone has any other thoughts.

Florists wire between the "u" and the "r", and if you can squeeze it, the "b" and the "o".

i think it might look better in the bottom of the fish gill thing by the left headlight. that might just be my OCD talking though.

def looks better than i expected. good stuff. and even if you can't get the wire in black i know that spray paint comes in black. the model paint should be perfect.

I just came across a turbo grille badge in my box of old badges and I was wondering how the florists wire turned out?

Mine is an entirely metal badge though with the two protuding pegs being made of metal instead of plastic.
