Exclamation Automatic climate control , '97 9000Aero

Just getting my aero going again after about 3 months sitting idle with no battery , now the ACC. has packed in , all fuses & connections seem to be fine but none of the Led's are illuminated & no response comes from any button !!! anyone know where to start ????

well the problem is it is totally electronic and linked in to so much shit the one time i thought i had a problem i just replaced it.

someone else may be able to chime in, but it may just e one of those situations.

they are also like $800 USD new

Aero had a simlar problem.

Try unplugging the ACC unit, letting it sit, turn the ign on, and plug it back in. That seemed to help some times.

There is an ACC reset/self-check in the owners manual, if I recall its auto and <===> at the same time. It will light up buttons and then flash a code that will indicate the type of problem.

Just wondering has anyone removed the climate control and swapped for manual dials.Ive just removed the aircon .
