Funny Boost

My car is really boosting funny.

Symptoms
First Start the car after sitting a while and it boosts like a maniac! like 23 psi in 3rd gear some times.

Same drive 10 mins later floor it at around 45 in 3rd and it might make 12-15.

But if i floor it and shift at around 5 grand and continue to floor it its makes the propper boost again.

All of this is durring the day (HOt! 75 degrees +)

Then at night she boosted exactly like it should right up to around 20 give or take depending on the gear. (65 degrees)

and some times (high boost in second grear all 3 times) i get a mis fire

Theorys
Would temperature make that much of a difference in boost? And even if it does shouldnt the computer tell it to make more?

Sticky bpc? Thought maybe it could be inconsistant b/c it sticks some times and doesnt others.

Still confused about software? TD04 and stage 3 for t25 (dont get why it would change so much though)

Misfire is the problem and im just not feeling the smaller ones.

Thoughts? Best theory? another theory?

Im gonna start working on them tomarow ive just been really busy with work and wanted to start with the most likly ones first.

get the new software and then talk to us.

td04=more flow at same boost as t25

sounds like the ecu justisnt compensating correctly.

saab4life - I'm boosting a pretty consistent 18psi with Nordic Stage 3.

Granted, it's also like a bajillion degrees during the summer here in Alabama, so that might be something to consider...

I would say the proper ecu is where you should start.

My second guess would be a sticky bpc or a dying DI. I got all kinds of crazy spikes when the last bpc of mine died...till it stuck completely and then just overboosted.
