Need ECM for 99 Saab 9-3 auto B204L

I can never catch a break. Old mechanic thought computer was bad. Bought one off ebay programmed to my car. Turns out its the wrong one. Trying to contact seller to get replacement but no luck so far. $150 down the drain and still do not have my car back. ( even though now it technically runs ). Mechanic threw the old ecm away that was perfectly fine. ( fuel pump was installed incorrectly was the no start problem ) This is turnig into a nightmare. Does anyone have a ECM that I could buy with costing a fortune? Not trying to be cheap,This project is just draining me dry. Thought I would be driving my car today but no such luck ):

The only reason it took all day to install was because we couldn't keep our dicks out of each others mouths.

How is it the wrong one?
I was under the impression that any t5 ECU could be flashed for any engine/trans combination.

Yes, car is up and going. Ending up finding the original ecu after driving an hr to get a used one so im good to go. Have put 80 miles on car so far and all seems well. Thinking about keeping the Good used ecu I bought to send out for tuning later.

hmmm, Didn't know that. It makes sense though as its just programming. I tried contacting the seller I got it from off ebay but of course no response. I bought it around the end of OCT but the car was down with a fuel pump issue until now so I didnt know it was the wrong one. I sent the guy my VIN and all the info on the car so I have no clue why he sent what he sent. I am going to try and get my money back but it is probably a lost cause.
