new to a 97 hatch minor issues looking for some input
Picked up a 1997 900 se hatch
193k on the clock bodys clean, motor sounds good, interior.. way nicer than my vert forsure.. i mean i got the woodgrain over lay..
Few problems i've got.
SID displays in metric.. I found how to switch it from miles to km but nothing for the reverse function. ACC is also in Metric units..
Hvac will turn on and give values, but the blower motor just groans and doesn't actually blow air... not sure if something has blocked/jammed it or it just has a bad ground... who knows
I need to swap over the lumbar support motor for the seat from my car to this car... the whole half leaning forward thing is going to get very old very quick
Also the security light stays on... solid red even while driving and when the car is locked with the fob (this is new to me and its great) and dead bolted
the indicator lever will stick regardless if its left or right also the cruise does not work.. not sure if its the switch it self or cruise module, more to come on this later. worst case i swap everything over from my current car..
its also got a donut on it... but hey at least that i can take care of my self..
shes got plennty of room and i'm excited to get rid of the vert.. the plan is to basically swap every thing over and get everything out of it that i can
aside from it being as factory as they come (not complaining here) im super happy
