Viggen AC System Question

I finally found time to charge the AC on the viggen. I plugged in the refrigerant hose and proceeded to try and fill the system but I immeditetly started hear hissing coming from behind the grille. I removed it to find what I'm assuming is, well was the high pressure hose port on the AC drier? Looks like it may have cracked and blown off, what ever the case the system obviously won't hold pressure. The port appears to be a apart of the metal line that's attached to the drier but for the life of me I can't find it anywhere. Eeuro shows a blow out diagram (#17 is a washer or gasket but that's the hose I need) when I try to look for it, it's not there. I'm tired of searching so I turn to you guys .

TIA

My car

Different drier same port?

Pretty sure that metal line and fitting are part of the A/C condenser itself.

Often the high pressure service valve or relief valve are replaceable but yours looks like the boss itself failed so even if the valve was a serviceable part, you're out of luck.

It's time for a replacement condenser.

The newest-used one is 12 years old at this point. Buy new.
Get a receiver/dryer as well

Only $100 on SaabSite (Does Not Include Receiver/Dryer)

Or $120 at eEuro (Includes Receiver/Dryer)

The $120 is not bad at all and you're absolutely right about buying new vs used. What about this ebay one? Probably not worth the $30 savings

I've got burned buying used AC hoses from a member here. So I won't make that mistake again.

Its probably the same condenser eEuro is selling, or made by the same vendor.
So might be worth a shot.

Just a note if you do buy a new silver drier from eeuro it will be taller and if you have an after maket ic you need to bend the lines up just the slightest to make it fit so the bottom doesn't rest on the ic. I had to do this last year when I bought one works fine.

Make sure to paint it black too so it doesn't show behind the grill.

Make sure that you spray PB blaster on the bolts holding the condenser and the dryer. You should limit the time that the dryer and the system is open.
