Dead Low Beams On 9-3 VIGGEN

My Low beams have been acting very strange the last few days....
Somtimes Headlamp Failure other times it would work perfect...
They finally Went out last night, yet High Beams work perfect....
Swapped all the Relays out of the 9-5 AERO & still only have 1 dim (Passenger side) Low beam
*VERY DIM*
Checked fuses and one of the Low Beam Fuses was Burnt.
Swaped fuse and did not burn it up yet....
Im sure it would blow if i kept the low beams on for an extended period of time....
Any Ideas would be Great.

Given your symptoms, I'd start with the car off, unplug both headlamps and check the resistance - to - ground on the +12 low beam supply. Just for fun while they're unplugged, check resistance across headlights too.

It sounds like you want to be looking for a freyed/partially grounded power wire if you're sure the switch and relay are both good.

Thanks! Where is the ground wire located that I need to be looking for? Also is it difficult to check/remove the headlight switch from the dash?
