Door Lock issue

Having some issue with my passenger door lock. I was driving yesterday and i unlocked my car with my key, and the drivers door unlocked, but the passengers didnt. I could manually unlock it by lifting the lock, and i could open the door. Later i closed the door, locked the car and when i tried to unlock the car, cannot unlock the passenger door. I tried pulling up on the lock and it feels like its held down by a spring. It wont unlock. Im seriously confused.

Help please, thanks!

Sounds like the door lock actuator may be faulty. I would pull off the inside panel and do a visual inspection make sure there is nothing else broken. And if you are able to apply A current to the actuator it self to see if the actuator actually functions. Here is what you would be looking for though. 94 95 96 97 98 Saab 900 71K Door Lock Latch Actuator Front Right Passnger 4 Door | eBay

So after playing around trying to get the door open in order to remove the actuator you either have to use extreme brute force and lift up or take a chisel and break the white plastic box on the top of it. Once broken the locks and handles will function as normal without the power option which will be fine until the part is ordered in or for others not even bother leave it without the power function.

PS

Part number from defective unit was 605328 or 90 493 702 and its stamped GM which tells you its a failing part already
