Headlamp Failure after new relay was installed wtf?

Hey guys I just put in my new headlamp relay from eeuroparts and I am still getting the headlamp failure on the sid.
I have high beams but no low beams.

Any thoughts?

I figured I had other issues.
If one bulb was out would both high beams work?

give it a shot : add new solder to all the inner pin in "large orange relay module"--part# 4109070-- in the relay/fuse tray under the hood (near the brake master cylinder).
pls search for "Headlight Relay 4109070 Malfunction" for details.
