Turn Signal Failure!

Here's what happened: I start my car (1999 9-3SE) and start to drive after warming it up for about 45 seconds. I need to turn at an intersection and I flip on the turn signal to signal that I'm turning left and nothing happens. No lights on the dash, no clicking sounds, no blinking whatsoever. I've just checked today that both right and left turn signals don't work. It was working just fine about a week ago too. I had the battery disconnected last weekend because the alarm kept going off (that problem is now fixed). I don't really know too much about cars at the moment so any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!

Do the turn signals work when you start the car or does the emergency flashers work? Check to see if a bulb(s) are burned out. Next the flasher relay Turn signal flasher relay location in saab 9-3 linear - Fixya
