So the car will just out of no where shut off while driving. It usually does it when i dont have my foot on the gas like coming off an exit off the highway or coming up to a red light. It will start right back up but it will eventually cut off again. Someone please help me.

I had similar experiences and the car would go into Limp Home Mode. It even happened on the interstate with cruise control on. I could keep the engine running by keeping my right foot on the gas and used my left foot for clutching and braking. (What fun!) The throttle body can be manually reset each time for a temporary fix, but you're at the mercy of whenever it happens next.

The problem was caused by a faulty electronic throttle body. I purchased a replacement through BBA Reman and sent in my core to save on cost. It fixed the problem and hasn't been an issue since (5 years and 50k miles ago).

Good suggestion. Do you have a CEL on the dash? A bad DI cassette can cause the car to shut off while driving as well. Would be helpful if you read the codes as a starting point
