Puttering and stalling once warm

I have a 05 95 2.3T automatic it fires right up in the morning and can be driven but once it gets up in temp it starts sputtering, losing power, turbo gauge bounces around, and then dies. Went to restart it and it started right up but I had to floor it to barely putt my way through the intersection then it picked up power like normal I let off the gas half a block down the road and boom! stalled out again. Fired right back up and I drove it down my driveway and now she sits! Not sure where to start since it runs fine cold never had an issue with it before. 118k on odometer. Any advice on where to start or what to check would be great thanks alot!!!
Engine light would start to flash but it never stays solid

2004 9-3 and 9-5 are totally different beasts.

If the 9-5 is flashing a CEL, it is storing a code. I'd bet crank case sensor, known to fail hot. or worn plugs/ DI issue

Throttle body would set a solid code.
