Squeaky joint of some sort?

I just started hearing a noise coming from the PS front wheel area. I only hear it at relatively low speeds (maybe 30 and under), it goes away when I step on the gas, and I think it goes away when I brake. It's not constant, I'm assuming it happens once per revolution. With the window open, I hear a sort of low pitched squeak, and with my window shut it almost sounds like a brake pad just brushing the rotor. I'm not sure what effect turning has. Sometimes it doesn't change, and sometimes it seems like it goes away. Any ideas or things to check?

Alright, I did some more testing today. When I make a 90 degree turn I hear it the whole time I'm turning the steering wheel in the direction i want to go. But as soon as I start turning the wheel the other way, to go straight again, it stops. I don't hear it again until I'm going perfectly straight. Is this confusing enough yet?

Today I drove 150 miles on I-81. I didn't hear anything around 60. Or 70, 80, or 90 for that matter After I got off and got into some lower speeds, I couldn't hear it anymore. I haven't done much driving for the last three weeks, since I'm in college. So I think maybe it just happens after it sits around for a while.
