Heat will work for a few seconds, then get cold.

Hopefully someone can help me out with this.
2005 9-5 Aero.
When I turn my heat on, it will work for just about 20 seconds before fading to cool air. If I click the temp up one notch it will come back blazing hot for about 20 seconds and go away again.
I also noticed that if I put it on recycle, it will stay somewhat warm but no where near what it should be.

I was hoping that this might be something I can fix myself if this is common problem, and save a trip to the mechanic.

Any help is appreciated,
Thanks!

Press the Auto and Off Button at the same time to start the ACC self Diag Recalibrate Process. See if any numbers pop up when its done recalibrating. It might Even be Fixed.

I did that and came up with this:

19
Circulation pump
Open circuit, short-circuit to ground
B2380

19
Circulation pump
Short-circuit to B+
B2380
