Cool Misfire? or timing?

What's up saab nation..........
i drive a 99 saab 95 and a month ago i was at the gas station filling up when it started to have a moment.(lol)
I got a rough idle and vehicle died on start up. I limped it home under throttle..... got out the obd2 reader and pulled random misfire codes. I thought at first it had to be the di cassette kicking the bucket. (the vehicle has 170k on it pretty sure it's original.) Now today i got a used di from the salvage yard from a vehicle that had "rapping" issue, so i thought the ignition would be fine. i put it in and now i got a p1300, p0300, and p0340. Now i expected the first two codes ( po300, p1300) but the p0340 (camshaft position sensor bank 1 low circuit) through me for a loop. The vehicle does actually sound like it is out of time. What i am wondering i guess is whether or not it's a timing issue, or ignition ( bad di cassatte from salvage)?
Also i guess is there anything i should know about about purchasing di cassettes is there something other than colour matching ( red, black ) should i look for?

The camshaft code is usually related to an internal fault in the D.I. I would try finding a good D.I. and go from there.

maybe a bad di ?

After i filled up with gas..... the unsual thing is i filled up at a known good station. Plus i have already just replaced the fuel pump. Hmm i'm guessing that the di i got may have been a bad apple. Is there anything i should know about matching a di to my vehicle other than colour? I heard something about numbers on the units. If the p0340 is a result of a bad cassette, i have a sigh of relief. It wouldn't be the first time i would be chasing two different issues and tried to threat it as one.
If anybody has any more info please speak up thanks guys i'll keep you posted.

di recall

i asked the local saab dealer to run my vin previously and they told me i just had a lug nut recall in vehicle cause i suffer from the alarm issue.
Never the less i am leaning towards a bad di cassette again from the salvage yard due to the soot left on my new platnuim plugs. Which resembled the old ones i pulled out, from when the initial issue occured (those plugs where about two weeks old). i did a idiot check of other things like fuel pressures which was fine. I think i have to let the yard know about there mishap.
