Brakes are Squeaking, but they are new..WTF

So a few months ago I found that I had almost worn my brake pads to the metal , but I heard the squeaking and took it in. A pretty $380 for new front brakes and rotors. However they ahve started squeaking again. They were unbder warranty so i took them back in and had them replaced. They still squeak. I can only think of two things that could be happening..

1. They didn't install them correctly

2. They gave me crappy brake pads.

Is this a dealer doing the work or someone else?

Did they put any high-temp copper paste on the backs of the pads?

Maybe the pads and rotors just arnt a matched pair. I have ceramics and they squeel when they are really hot. I had fast road pads on before that and they started to squeel. I bought some anti-Squeel compound and that sorted the problem

Brake kleen!! thats the problem. Some one used brake clean to clean film off new rotors. This left clorinated solvents on rotor so when brakes were applied for first time ,all the crap was imbeded into pads and rotors. Rotors should be cleaned with sopey water, but at the repair shop that takes to much time.

i have had the brakes replaced ywice and yes they still squeak. I found a Saab mechanic and he took a lot and said they hadn't lubbed some correct parts and it was crap. So now I have to call them for a refund on the labor or something and if not then it is lawyer time.
