GS cold air intake

Does any one know the part number for th k&n filter i think i have the wrong on e in all the install pics it looks like a cylinder shape the one i have is cone shaped and next to impossible to get the coupler on

You have to keep the original MAF (Mass Air Flow). The MAF goes from the intake to the intake tube.

thats what i thought every things good maf hose is still on , i can get the stainless coupler on that , i just cant get the k&n on the coupler just wondering if i got the wrong filter

Is it that the filter doesnt fit between the heat shield and body or the diameter of the filter and the MAF?

old air box is out snorkle is out, the K&N will not mate up with the stainless piece

what's the problem, too small? If you can't stretch it then get a new filter.

You dont need to put anything there. I just took mine out yesterday and its fine to do this. Just leave it and you will be ok
