00 aero wagon Mt ( boost issues)

started with p0340 p1312 p1334 p 1662
Car had no boost as the APC valve was junk (not clicking like it should when hooked up to 12v)

Got some parts from the yard.
newer looking DIC (its not oem) but very clean like it was just replaced.
newer apc valve (that clicked)
I also have a saab/audi/volvo BPV which has a couple diff spring rates

when i installed and took for a ride, the car didn't act much different, flooring it and getting really weird inconsistent boost. usually under 10 psi. I really floored it in 3rd and it crept up to 15 then drop slowly to around 5psi and stayed around there. i drove about 500 miles with no CEL now ..???????

checked all my solineds with 12v all clicked. changed my bypass valve spring to the stiffest 15-30 psi. made absolutely no boost. Then i plugged the waste gate and it hoovered above 0 psi and still made the bov sound during shift.

Im thinking either plugs which i just changed less than 3500 miles Ngk-bp7es i think...or a fuel filter ( dont have any bucking or anything, feels like a NA 4cylinder) Leaking IC?

Please help me, its been a little while since ive worked on saabs. I did however rebuild a b205 for a 2000 saab 9-3 lpt. that i converted to a td04 and stag 3 by bcb. thing ran awsome at 20 psi.... so i do know a little bit about the T7 saabs

Are you sure the WG arm didn't fall of the flapper arm?
What does the open SID say for the boost control valve duty cycle?
