No power at the fuel pump?

My mechanic said there is no power at the fuel pump. What is the list of things to do to diagnose this?

Fuel Pump and Cps are brand new prior to engine failure.

Engine blew due to rod tossed and fuel has been sitting in car for about 6 months now. Prior to, there was zero fuel issues as it has now.

Is the fuse good and is there power at the relay? If you jump the relay does the pump run?

The fuel pump relay is controlled through TWICE and the ECM. If TWICE receives the correct immobilizer code then it gives ECM permission to close the fuel pump relay to run the pump.

You can see this and activate the pump with a Tech2.

Your mechanic has a wiring diagram, yes?

Got this one figured out, but now the turn signals and the Hazard lights do not work. Is there a relay for these in the 9-5?
