Backfire/ sputter at WOT

My 2005 Saab 9-5 feels like it does not have all the power that it should have, when I put it to the floor the needle on the boost gauge goes a little over half way into the red and then it immediately start losing boost, I have a stage 3 brew city boost tune 3.5bar fuel pressure regulator 3in down pipe open air intake and in the last 5000 miles I have replaced the spark plugs with ngk plugs and all cilicone vacuum lines. I was thinking maybe throttle body issues or a bad MAF I have already swapped out the DIC with a different one and that didn't change anything, I really need to solve this problem so any advice helps

Does BCB enable OpenSID in their tunes?
This will allow you to check air request.

It's still hot out right now. A lot of tuners don't account for this and run pretty aggressive requests, they either break up when they run too hot or they hit a knock map and really pull back the power. I am curious what your request is set at. Half was into the red on a 9-5 is because someone played with the multiplier on the turbo gauge.

Bcb does not enable an open SID, I just had one of my friends hook up his code reader and there are no codes at all but it still will sputter and lose boost if I really lay into it normal driving it's completely fine I'm almost sure it's boost related but I'm still trying to learn my way around this car

Sounds like trionic is picking up on knock/pinging and going into a knock map. I wonder why BCB doesnt open the SID.

If you think fueling is ok, try decreasing spark plug gap to 0.6-0.7mm or so.

I have a BCB tune Stage 3 and open SID is definitely enabled on mine. I'm also experiencing this issue. Same here, changed spark plugs recently and gapped them tighter but no difference. I haven't tried setting the gap as small as 0.6 - 0.7 though. Seems weird.

Have you solved your problem yet? My car is still acting up sometimes it will backfire and cut out. I think it's hitting a fuel cut or over boosting but I don't know how to fix that
