9-5 aero not holding full boost

I have a 2005 9-5 aero with a 3in down pipe, genuine saab intake and a forge DV today it started acting weird when I put the pedal to the floor the needle on the boost gauge went a little bit into the red like it usually does but then after about 2 seconds of full boost, the boost just started dropping and felt powerless, its acting quite similar to when my stock bpv went. Anyone have any ideas to what could be wrong?

Vacuum lines are a good place to start. Check them over throughly. To be safe, I'd just order a spool via amazon and replace it all.

New plugs, clean MAF, new vac lines, make sure wastegate arm is still attached.

So I cleaned my MAF sensor, changed the plugs and put in silicone vacuum lines, I also put in a stage 3 brew city boost tune and 3.5 bar fule pressure regulator, and it still does the same thing (starts losing boost after I hit full boost) sometimes it is a complete animal and holds boost great and juSt about buries the turbo gauge needle in the red but other times it will hesitate going to full boost then it just will hardly have boost and feel a ton less powerful. It will also somewhat jerk/pop when I'm really giving it the rpms it feels like it's cutting out the fuel, I just want my car to have consistent power please HELP
