What's your plan for this car when it's finished, are you going to daily drive/commute with it?

I showed my wife your parts on the counter, she shrugged and said something like 'that's what I expect' lol

I've been lurking in your thread for a while, i'm planning on something RWD too. Can't figure out my victim yet. I'm thinking something old with primitive electronics, Should be easier to adapt T5/T7 to (i'm in the states). I might be making a thread soon about some of my questions. Harvey if you're still listening, that trans is from a 2.2 Izuzu? How are fitments inside the bell? Input shaft? My prime victims are either a foxbody, miata, fiero, and maybe an s10. Was there a reason you went with a custom intake manifold? Just fitment? You can buy tubular manifolds from places online if you look, SAS Customs has one that's equal length and made for a holset. It is quite pricey, not near as bad as Maptuns. They also sell a unequal for some less money. PLEASE KEEP UPDATES COMING!

I've always thought an s10 would be awesome. It would be a great hauler/toy. You can practically build an s10 from a catalog too!

Yeah, I was thinking like that too. I would want it to be more based around a track day (bro) car. If it is as good as I hope I would even daily it. Because s10s are pretty customize able. But by me they also rust out pretty bad. But if that tranny is from an Izuzu then I should be able to bolt it right up to a 4cyl S10. That would be nice.

I went the custom intake because of fitment and function.....
being set up for a FWD car...it all needs to be modded...(intake ...throttle cable etc.....It was just as easy to get a custom plenum made up that flows like a dream ready for a big Mofo turbo

My turbo is on the way from the states....then I will get my hot side manifold made up....
Things are happening....just slowly .....everything is $$$...lol
