Yesterdays delivery. GSS341, Deka #60s, Sweet JDM mad tyte gauge pod, and a GM 3 bar Map.

I ordered some intercooler piping with some bends and couplers from ebay user ewtla_12. Nobody order from him. Total scammer, sends you a box of bolts instead of piping. So that is a bit of a hang up. Existing intercooler piping will do for now....

Going for above the SID, on the dash. Alot cleaner than the usual Universal Stickon pods I see on the dash. My boost gauge is mounted on the windshield with a univ. pod. But with this pod Ill have the UEGO and Glowshift boost together and ditch the window mount.

BTW, DriftTough is Overnighting me the correct gauge! Such great customer service.

Universal Single Gauge Swivel Pod

Ill post a pic tomorrow. I mounted it so that the gauge it resting on the dash, and the adhesive on the mount holds it there, so that the adhesive isnt holding the weight of the gauge. Been like that since Christmas Day 2010.

This arrived today: 18 inches of 3an line.

I also got anxious and mounted my dash pod for the heck of it. Wideband should be here tomorrow.
Fit really nice.

I also clocked the turbo, and I had to modify the WG bracket as well.
Just took the bracket off, heated it with a torch, and hammered it flat. Fits like a glove now.

Where did you run the wires for the two gauges? Did you have to cut up the dash?

Ran them thru the dash and behind the SID, Radio, and down the the left side of the AC console, and then under the wheel to the side of the car.

Drilling the hole in my dash was sickening. It was all of nothing man.

Looks pretty sweet. I've looked at running wires through the vents but I can understand drilling through the dash can be sickening.

But so worth it once I was finished IMO. I like the cockpit feel. Just feels dark and naked in the left side now. Need to put an EGT there and and Oil pressure. lol

How will the wastegate pipe be isolated from the primary exhaust pipe?
