If those tires go on those rims......and that combo goes on your car, please leave and close the door behind you.

Nitto Neo Gen in 205/40R18... If you do the math, 205mm is almost exactly eight inches (width of my wheel) but the Nittos are famously undersized.

It will look exactly like what Saabeh posted.

That doesn't look as bad as I thought. I'd run it.

.....you want stretch? Buy a VW, period. (or maybe a subie) Its just my opinion, but taking one of the absolute SICKEST looking classic 900's ever created from tip to tail, with absolutely every single detail thought out, and tossing a set of stretched tires on it just seems amateur.

It goes from being a centerfold, to just another poser car, the same as if the hood were blacked out, or if it had a vinyl job done like EVERY other import car on the road.

This combo takes it from hero to zero.......

I'm sorry but I think you're over reacting just a tad bit. It's not like he's running 185s on those wheels or if the lip of the wheel is protruding past the tire like this

A hint of stretch never hurt anyone

Sorry I'm kinda being a troll.. I am generally not a fan of stretch and poke. Cliche can look and I have always loved low which is why i have been on stanceworks for quite a while. If he just throws on some stretched tires on wide wheells then yeah he would be ruining it but i believe he has a vision for the way his car is going to sit and the stretch is going to help him aachieve this.

I had some stretch on my ng900 from having a 205 width tire on a 8" wide rim, I would have gone for a 215 section tire if I had to do it again but the stretch was not bad at all.

I love how trends just repeat themselves over and over. It'll be oversized tires again in another 5-10 years.

I'm ok with a mild stretch, especially since I think IJ's doing it to tuck em in.

Yeah, not a fan, but at least its not extreme...

And I can't believe I'm criticizing Christian's ex-car, but I don't like it there either. Also, I believe that I see some water droplet residue on the rear bumper.
