Help!!!

I have a 93 900 turbo it's all stock at the moment but I feel like it should be faster than it is, it takes forever to get up to highway speeds. I know I need to spark plugs and wires but is there anything else to check?

Yes, a tune up is a good maintenance item to start with. Arguably using specific parts: Bosch cap and rotor, Bougicord wires and the correct NGK plugs (I forget the p/n offhand).
Maybe check the timing.
Is it boosting to the high yellow or start of the red on the stock gauge? Vacuum lines refresh is often helpful.

That's ok then.
I'd do the full tune-up with good parts and then see how it is.

If it's boosting all the way to the end of the yellow then the boost pressure is correct. Definitely check the timing, and check that the vacuum advance diaphragm on the distributor is connected correctly and is working. With your timing gun on the timing marks if you rev the engine up you will see the timing change. If it stays static then the diaphragm is either torn, or it's disconnected from the control plate in the distributor.

Set it to the factory advance settings to start, which is 16 degrees BTDC with the vacuum signal line to the diaphragm disconnected and the hose plugged. With a stock setup and premium fuel you can advance it to 18 degrees safely, but if everything is working right 16 will be fine.
