T7 BPC conversion wiring

Getting ready to do the T7 BPC conversion on my '96 Aero and need a little help with the wiring.

What I have is green, green/red, and blue in the car and a BPC connector out of a 9-5 with blue/red and blue/brown.

So I guess the question is... What goes where? I'm surethis has been discussed but I can't search for things like T7 and BPC...

Thanks.

IIRC it is in the t5 suite manual.....

We did it to my 93 900S.... and my friends 96 CSE. a Great upgrade in my opinion. No more boost spikes because we finally have a BPC that has a life expectancy past 60 days!

Have a link?

I look forward to the end of fuel cut spikes and spontaneous base boost pulls...

I just zip tied it where the T5 BPC goes in my NG. As far as the wiring goes, the photo I had from a 9000 didn't work correctly for me, so I just had to try different setups with the wiring until I boosted correctly.

Did anyone who converted to a T7 bpc experience the valve making a bunch of noise when idling?

Mine makes a lot of noise decelerating.

I ended up cutting up the original bracket to work.

Set the boost request higher in the off boost lines.
Upper the boost control bias to 40% till 2250 rpm.
Set the P from the PID map higher in the most lower line from left to right.
Now you hear only one click when you go off idle and back on idle.

A example:

did you guys end up spending the 45$ for new bpcs, or just grabbed a few from scrap yards..?

Im still running my car on baseboost and I'll probably buy a new one of these relatively soon..

what noise are you hearing..a slight clicking ? that's pretty normal from my experience with them if they had over 120kish on them.

one of my old vig's never made the clicking noise but it also had a lot less wear on it.

this conversion is such a no brainer to any modded/tuned t5 car.

this method doesnt seem to work out to well..

IIRC it's the connector for a BPC pillaged from a 9-5.
