Look at Genuine Saab - They have 2.5 Cat back for <$700 and 3" JTs turbo back (1 muffler) for about the same price. 3" cats are ~$60.

A friend of mine with a 2004 9-5 aero tried to get a JT from GS for 3-4 months and they said no go after that. Don't bet on them having a JT or getting any soon.

I looked at the options and decided to go the custom route, the main reason was so that I could get the results I wanted. The down pipe is Genuine Saab, and there's one 3'' Borla muffler that someone here recommended to me.
I bought it here Wicked Nicky Exhaust. The only site you will ever need for low prices on high performance exhaust systems and more. and it sounds amazing. There's no drone what-so-ever, it screams at WOT and even has the nice burbling popping sound when I cruise to a stop. The rest of the exhaust was fabbed up with 3'' aluminized steel and tip was purchased from someone here. All together everything was under $1000 and I don't think I could have a better quality exhaust for cheaper. good luck
