Mainly the suspension, brakes, and turbo. Depending on year, the Aero got fancier exhaust valves, but they became standard on all models after a certain year.

what year? 99 SE's came with either the 2.3t or the V6. all 2000 and 2001 SE's are V6's. after 2002, the 9-5 went to arc/linear/aero nomenclature, and dropped the V6.

suspension and brakes can all be modded the same, but the v6 SE's arent really open to engine mods.

what do you have?

Not seats, they were the same on the Aero and lower trim levels until 02 or 03.

I don't mean to split hairs and I know I've mentioned it in other threads but the V6 was also in the '02 and '03 Arcs and wasn't dropped until the end of '03. In '04 all 9-5s came equipped with the 2.3T.

There were V6 SEs in '99, though very rare, they are out there.

The Aero came with 308mm front brake discs, or at least my MY2001 did, think lesser models had 275mm or thereabouts.

not to split hairs, but 308 - 288 = 20mm, or 2cm

haha... whoops. posting too early DOES have it's drawbacks.

as I think of it, I believe the v6 also had the 308mm brakes, too.
