Cam Confusion

So I've been thinking of changing to cams to B205 cams to improve my fuel economy, but I've got some conflicting info.

According to the GenuineSaab site
http://genuinesaab.com/temp/cams.htm

The B205 and B235 have the same intake cam, but a different exhaust cam.
The B235E and B235R have the same exhaust cam, but different intake cam.

However, I was poking around SAAB central and found this thread, which has a chart of different cams
http://www.saabcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65727&highlight=cams

Specs of stock 16v cams: SAAB part Number Type Lift mm IVO (BTDC) IVC (ABDC) EVO (BBDC) EVC (ATCD) Duration
9170887 Intake 8.31 12.0 39.0 - - 231.0
9188855 Exhaust 8.07 - - 34.0 14.0 228.0
9170895 Exhaust 8.31 - - 37.0 14.0 231.0

Engine model Year Type SAAB part Number other part number
B205L, B205R, B205E, B235R 1999-2001 Intake 9170887 -
B205L, B205R, B205E 1999-2001 Exhaust 9188855 -
B235R 1999-2001 Exhaust 9170895 -

So I pulled my valve cover today and discovered that the cams only have 6 numbers on them for starters.

My car:
intake - 917088
exhaust - 917089

B205 cams numbers from Tboy:
intake - 917088
exhaust - 918885

This info is consist with what I found on Saabcentral, but conflicts the Genuinesaab info. Seems the B235R only has a different exhaust cam, and only slightly at that.

Oh, I got 26.8 with mixed driving last week. I've just made it my summer project to mod the 9-5 for maximum fuel economy. I wanted to see if I could do 40 highway.

My plans were:
1. B205 cams.
2. Free flowing DP.
3. Tune the computer.

Now I'll just jump right to the DP.

jssaab, do you still have your B235E cams? I'm just curious what exhaust cam they got.
