That sucks, i used to change my wheels with the stock jack and lug wrench, then i realzied it's meant for one time use. Bought myself a hydrolic jack and impact quality 17mm socket with a breaker bar.
The lug wrench in my car came bent from the PO. The jack is tiny, so I don't use that on a regular basis. I use my hydraulic jack and other sockets of I'm at home. At work I'll use the impact to get the lugs off, and then to just zip them down lightly. After that I use a torque wrench to 80 ft/lbs and retorque them in a couple days.

Yeah guys, those tools in the car are not meant for mantanence, they are made for very seldom road-side use.
If you are changing tires for any reason other than a random flat I would be using a floor jack and a good socket/ratchet or big beefy 4 size lug wrench.
