2002 Aero Seats "crowding" the center

I hope you all have some experience with this... You may know I purchased the 1999 9-3 from Turbo Johnny. He had some great condition 2002+ Aero seats in there. I have Viggen seats for that car, and a 2000 Aero, so naturally I decide to put the seats in the aero. I swapped them over also swapping my seat trim (less broken clips) but I feel like the seats "crowd" the center console.

Maybe I'm nuts, but i feel like I have plenty of room on the outside and it is close on the center. The seats "fart" pretty good as I move them forward and back etc..

Any thoughts?

I think I may be on to something here:

Seat swap (9-5 to 9-3) - SaabCentral Forums

Johnny, do I need to swap these back onto my 9-5 frames?

Glad to hear that! I just don't sit right with them like this. I was wondering if I was going to have to swap them back. Just need to do another seat surgery!

I am hunting new side trim for the viggen seats for the 9-3, looking forward to getting those installed as well!
