Just reiterating the sickness that is that valve cover...I got one of the old c900 ones with the stripes and was planning on doing the same color in my car. Green ftw.

Um, I bought them from another member here. It's a copperish gun metal color. I like the contrast it gives on the black.

Looks great on the black. I'm trying to figure out what to do my Double-Y's. Leaning towards just a darker silver.

Is neon green the new cool-kid color? I've been out of the loop recently.

I remember it being big in the 80s.

How do you powder coat stuff ?
Don't you spray it on dry, then it needs to be baked in an oven ?

How did you do it ?

As much as I hate to say it, the green definitely works.

That's pretty much it. I sandblast, tape if necessary, then hang it in a little booth with a metal clothes hanger. It sprays on dry, then carry it over to a hot oven, and bake!

I did my front Viggen brakes using my friend's powdercoating setup from Harbor Freight, and I'm really happy with it.

OP, that looks great. Bright green and black is the route I'll be going in my engine bay once I get my own setup.
